Rachel's Legal!

3rd times the charm apparently.  Rachel earned her Drivers License the first week of June.  She was so excited.  That wore off a bit when she realized she now gets to pay for insurance, gas, etc.  But, she's a happy girl.  And, Mom is happy not to be driving Rachel everywhere, and to have someone to run errands for her.
