Family Pictures

While Michael was home, we took family pictures. It was a bit of a challenge getting everyone smiling and looking the right direction, but the pictures came out cute.

Our Dogs

We lost Chewie in 2011, at 9 years old. She developed a lump on her nose, which was diagnosed as cancer and she was given only about 6 months to live. After 3 months, she was so uncomfortable and couldn't breathe, that we chose to let her go. It was very hard for us, but we know she is now running free and keeping all of our family in heaven happy.

Snickers is her usual excitable self. She loves sleeping with Marshel and Kellee and has her spot on the couch. She loves "talking" to Mom every night around the same time, asking for her treat.

We had Sophie for a little bit, but had to find her a new home. We fostered Spot, a tiny Chihuahua, for a couple of months until her "parents" could find her somewhere to stay. We babysit the kids dog, Luke, once in awhile when their dad is out of town.
