Where have all the kids gone?

After returning from our fun summer vacation and visiting our family, it was good to come home and get back to what we call a normal life.  Rachel and Erin went to Flagstaff for a week to attend Especially for Youth (EFY).  This was held at Northern Arizona University (NAU) and they stayed in the dorms.  They had a great time meeting a bunch of kids from all over Arizona and other places and made some lifelong friends.  They also attended several gospel classes, dances, etc.  They didn't want to come home.  This was Erin's first time at EFY and Rachel's 3rd.

Nathan was home for about a week.  We packed all of his things up and he flew to Florida to spend some time with his dad before putting in his mission papers.  His best friend Jesse also flew there and they had about 2 weeks together, going to the beach, the theme parks and hanging out with the Cortese family.  A few weeks after Rachel returned from EFY, she also flew to Florida.  They had a great time there.

Marshel and Kellee went to Utah with their dad and spent a couple of weeks there.  They slept over at Brandon and Roxanne's and played with their kids and Mark and Diana's girls.  They also spent time with Grandma and Grandpa Welch as well as Grandma Jackson and all the Jackson cousins.  They had so much fun there, but were ready to come home at the end of summer and get ready to go back to school.
